Yes, besides our website we also have an office and warehouse in Steenbergen (NB). Our openinghours are: Monday till Friday: 9.00-17.00
- Are all your licensed products original?
Yes, all our licensed goods are 100 % original licensed products. You can sale them in stores, fairs, markets, and over the internet without any problems.
- What if I am not satisfied with one of your products?
We try to make the pictures and descriptions as clear as possible. If it occurs that one of the items dissapoints you, you can, after consultation with Textiel Trade, return them to us. We have a 100 % satisfaction guarantee!
- I live abroad, do I have to pay the VAT?
When you live abroad and you have a foreign VAT number, you can fill it in with your order. After a check and an accept from Textiel Trade you can buy without VAT. This only counts for foreign customers.
- With who do you ship the orders?
We ship all our orders with DPD parcelservices. DPD delivers very quick at a sharp rate. There fits up to 31,5 kg. in one parcel.
- How can I pay at Textiel Trade?
At Textiel Trade you can pay in different ways. - money transfer at your bank. - Paypal - cash on pick-up
